Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms form an agreement between you (the User) and DOLSKAIA-MORATANNAGE VIKTORIIA, an individual based in Sri Lanka (the “Operator”, “we”), regarding the use of the DMORA MATRIX service (the “Service”). By using the Service, taking the diagnostic, or registering, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides self-assessment tools across 9 life spheres, calculation of the Life Resource Index, a personalised development plan, goals, trackers, journals, audio meditations and an AI assistant, subject to the selected plan.
The Service is informational and self-development in nature. It is not a medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or other professional service and does not replace consultation with a specialist. You use the materials at your own risk and responsibility. If you are in crisis or need medical or psychological help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
3. Account
To save results and access the app, you create an account with your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping access to your account secure. One account is for one person; sharing access with others is not allowed. The Service is available to persons aged 16 and older.
4. Rights and obligations
You agree to use the Service lawfully, not to disrupt its operation, and not to copy, resell or distribute its content without permission. The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service and update its features and content.
5. Plans and payment
Plans. The Service is offered on the Free, Development and Strategy plans. What each plan includes, and the current prices, are shown on the pricing page and inside the app. Prices are stated in US dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout depending on your country.
Who sells the subscription. Paid subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller of record for the transaction, issues the invoice, collects and remits applicable taxes, and processes refunds. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the buyer terms shown by Dodo Payments at checkout.
Billing and auto-renewal. A subscription is bought for a chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and renews automatically at the end of that period at the price then published, until you cancel. The payment method you used at checkout is charged. Before renewals of 3 months or longer we send a reminder by email.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in the app (Profile → Subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds. Refund conditions, including a 14-day period, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Consumers in the EU, EEA and the UK keep their statutory right of withdrawal, which that Policy describes.
Price changes. We may change prices. A change never applies to a period already paid for; we announce it before it takes effect for future renewals.
Free plan. The free plan and the diagnostic are provided free of charge and may be changed or limited; this does not affect paid periods already purchased.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service and its content — including methodology, questionnaires, texts, meditations and audio — belong to the Operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes for as long as your account is active. Content you create yourself (journal entries, goals, notes) remains yours.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service’s materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. The Operator may restrict or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms — for example, sharing account access, reselling content or attempting to disrupt the Service. Deletion of an account for a breach does not by itself create a right to a refund; the Refund Policy applies.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka. We ask you to contact us first at support@d-mora.com — most matters are resolved this way. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it is submitted to the competent courts of Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Changes
The Operator may amend these Terms; the new version takes effect upon publication. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we notify them by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
